- Development Reporting - V S Rajesh (Kerala Kaumudhi)
- Photo Journalism-Single News - Subhash Paul (Rashtriya Sahara)
- Photo Journalism-Photo Feature - Mihir Singh (Punjab Kesari)
- Best Newspaper Art - P. Narasimha (Nava Telangana).
