Rs. 15,600-39,100 ( PB-3) plus Rs. 5,400 (AGP) (Total emoluments excluding T.A. and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 45990 /-p.m. approximately)
AGE
Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 38 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology with First Class or equivalent from a recognised university.
If the candidate has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology, First class or equivalent is required at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
Note-1: If a Class /Division is not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to First class/Division. If a Grade Point system is adopted the Cumulative into equivalent marks as below

- 6.25 55%
- 6.75 60%
- 7.25 65%
- 7.75 70%
- 8.25 75%
Note-I: The qualifications are relaxable at Commission’s discretion in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION
Duty(ies) Teaching Diploma courses including lectures, laboratory tutorials. Students Assessment and Evaluation including Examination work. Planning implementation of instruction in class room laboratories. Developing Resource Material Curricula and Co-corricular activities. Student guidance counselling for their character development Innovation in technical education evaluation Providing leadership.
PROBATION: One Year
