TNEA 2017, The Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) will be conducted by Anna University for all eligible applicants who wish to study engineering courses in the state of Tamil Nadu. Admissions will be open for the participating engineering institutes of the state of Tamil Nadu.

Applications invited for the unified single window admission for first year B.E./ B.TECH. Degree Courses to the University Departments/ University Colleges, Government aided Engineering Colleges and for the seats surrended by the Self-financed Colleges.

The candidates should Register and apply only through Online by logging on to www.annauniv.edu/tnea2016. The guidelines for registration are available in the Anna University web portal.

The filled-in Online application shall be downlaoded and send it either by post or in person to 

"The Secretary, TNEA, Anna University, Chennai - 600025,"along with all the enclosures.

The registration fee can be paid either by online (or) by Demand Draft drawn infovour of "The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions, Anna University" payable at Chennai on or after 14.04.2016 obtained from any Nationalized Bank.

Commencement of Registration of Online Application: 15.04.2016

Last date for Registration / Filling of Application: 

• 7 days from the date of publication of Higher Secondary Results

Last date for Receipt of filled-in Online  Application: 

• 10 days from the date of publication of Higher Secondary results

FOR SPORTS QUOTA

Special reservation form for  Sports Quota along with Online Applications should be submitted only in person at the office of the Secretary (TNEA), Anna University, Chennai - 600025. 

Application received by Post / Courier will not be be consider for Sports Quota.
