- 2018-ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான மனித உரிமைகள் தின மையப்பொருள்: "சமத்துவம், நீதி மற்றும் மனித கண்ணியத்திற்காக எழுந்து நிற்போம்" என்பதாகும்.
உலகளாவிய மனித உரிமைகள் பிரகடனம் (1948)
- ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபையின் பொது சபை, டிசம்பர் 10, 1948 அன்று, மனித உரிமைகள் பற்றிய உலகளாவிய பிரகடனத்தை (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) ஏற்றுக்கொண்டதன் நினைவாக, ஆண்டுதோறும் டிசம்பர் 10-ம் தேதி மனித உரிமைகள் தினம் கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது.
